Elena Chrysostomou is the Co-Founder of Eliteways Recruitment and Consulting Ltd, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in audit, accounting, financial regulation, compliance, and strategic advisory. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and holds the CySEC Advanced Certification. She is also certified in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) by both CySEC and ICPAC. Additionally, she is a licensed insolvency practitioner and acts as a liquidator, administrator, and examiner, with hands-on experience in both corporate and individual debt restructurings. She graduated from the University of Cyprus with a degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting. Elena currently serves as a Director of a licensed audit and consulting firm, where she advises clients on licensing matters under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Central Bank of Cyprus. She also supports regulated entities with ongoing compliance, internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting obligations, while drawing on her extensive background in audit and accounting. Through Eliteways, Elena leverages her regulatory expertise and business acumen to provide high-standard recruitment services tailored to the financial and professional services sectors. Rafael Paris is an experienced Human Resources and Quality Management Consultant with over 8 years of professional experience supporting organisations in building resilient, people-centred workplaces and aligning operations with international quality standards. As the founder of a consulting firm specialising in recruitment, HR strategy, and ISO 9001 systems, Rafael helps businesses optimise their talent and processes for sustainable growth. His expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, and organisational development. Rafael is also skilled in developing HR policies, leading change initiatives, and designing training and development programmes that support business goals. In parallel, Rafael brings strong experience in Quality Management, including the design and implementation of ISO 9001:2015-compliant systems. He has conducted internal audits, developed procedures and documentation, and worked closely with leadership to promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Administration. He is certified in ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Auditing, and has received additional training in personality and ability assessment tools.
